History and Background

V J Makanwala can proudly boast that it has been successful since its inception in satisfying its customers realty needs within their budget and extend its complete support in the pre purchase, purchase and post purchase formalities- legal as well as financial.

We have a distinction of successfully completing over 10 projects in important areas of Virar like Virat Nagar, M. B. Estate, Sunder Nagar, Bolinj, etc. namely Virat Palace, Vimal Palace, Rachna Palace, Sudha Palace, Vaishnavi Palace, Kanak Palace, Suvarna Palace, Jay Palace, Shiv Kanchi, Shiv Pooja, Bhoomi Darshan. After having a successful stint in the west, we are now already spreading our wings in the East with undertaking contractual projects.

Present status

We are now focussing on various construction projects that shall help us grow both in financially and in terms of value. We currently have under going preojects in east and a very recent project in west in the beautiful and green areas of Bolinj. Today, V J Makanwala is a reputed name in the construction industry in Virar and is growing steadily. It is also being considered as one of the respected names amongst all the players and the preferred choice of the customers.

Organisation structure

We, at V J Makanwala, so far, have never believed in following strict and rigid hierarchy. The organisation structure of the company is very simple and not complex.
All the employees are assigned specific roles and these roles are often interchangeable as well as flexible. All the employees directly report to the project head who in turn reports to the chief executive officer who constantly monitors all the activities. The departments, however, within the organisation are Sales and Purchases department, Finance and Accounts department, and Client service department. Most of the employees are multi tasking with one person wholly responsible for the respective individual departments’ operations.

Corporate Social Responsibility.

V J Makanwala has always believed in favour of the view that we are a part of the society and since we operate as a part of it we can not survive in isolation. Thus we always take proper care to ensure that timely welfare programs are conducted by the company. We extend our full support to the needy customers by extending them the credit period for the payments with some genuine considerations. We have always tried our best to give our customers the best quality homes with superior amenities at a lowest possible fair price.

We also have a policy of returning the full advance amount of the customer in case the deal breaks up mid way before the customer gets possession of the flat, if there is a valid and acceptable reason on their part to withdraw.

We also take into account welfare of our other stakeholders like employees and suppliers by extending them full cooperation as and when required.

V J Makanwala has been donating some funds to an orphan age in Naigaon and regularly feeding animals in the ‘Gaushalas’.

Future: The Road Ahead
